” จริงๆ แล้วไดรเวอร์อันนี้ก็เป็นไดรเวอร์ที่ผมดาวน์โหลดมาจากเว็บไซด์ของทางแคนอน (www.canon.co.th) แหละครับ แต่ทางแคนอน ประเทศไทยไม่ยอมพัฒนาไดรเวอร์ฉบับภาษาไทยกับเครื่องพิมพ์รุ่นเก่าๆ ให้ผู้ใช้ที่เป็นคนไทยอย่างเราๆ ท่านๆ เสียที จนเมื่อต้นปีที่ผ่านมา ผมพบว่ามีไดรเวอร์สำหรับรุ่น BjC-2100SP ที่เป็นภาษาไทยอย่างสมบูรณ์อยู่รุ่นเดียวเท่านั้น ผมจึงติดต่อไปยังแคนอน ประเทศไทย แต่ทางฝ่ายบริการกลับบอกกับผมว่า ต้องรอทางคนซึ่งอยู่ที่สิงคโปร์ ทางประเทศไทยไม่สามารถทำอะไรได้เลย ต้องรออย่างเดียวเท่านั้น! ผมเองก็อดทนรออย่างถึงที่สุด จึงได้ลองดูไฟล์ภาษาไทยที่ใช้กับรุ่น BjC-2100SP อย่างละเอียด ผมจึงทราบความจริงว่า ทางแคนอนพัฒนาไฟล์ภาษาไทยเสร็จแล้ว เพียงแค่เปลี่ยนชื่อไฟล์ ให้ตรงกับรุ่นและแก้ไขไฟล์ .inf เพียงเล็กน้อยก็สามารถ ใช้งานภาษาไทยได้อย่างสมบูรณ์แล้วครับ เพียงแต่ว่าตัวที่ผมแก้ไขนี้ โปรแกรมติดตั้งยังเป็น ภาษาอังกฤษ เท่านั้นครับ เท่าที่ผมลองทดสอบดูก็สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างไม่มีปัญหาครับ หากท่านใด ต้องการภาษาไทยแบบสมบูรณ์ 100% ผมแนะนำให้ติดต่อไปยังแคนอน ประเทศไทย เพื่อเรียกร้องให้ทำภาษาไทยออกมาเร็วๆ ครับ

หมายเหตุ : ไดรเวอร์ที่ผมปรับปรุงนี้ ผมแก้ไขไว้เพียง 3 รุ่นนะครับ คือ BjC-1000SP , BjC-2100SP และ BjC-3000 ครับ เนื่องจากว่า 3 รุ่นนี้ผมคิดว่าเป็นรุ่นที่คนไทยใช้กันมากที่สุดครับ ส่วนรุ่นใหม่ๆ ที่ขึ้นต้นด้วย S นั้น ให้เข้าไปดาวน์โหลดได้ที่ทาง เว็บไซต์ ของแคนอน เลยครับ
